Hello everyone. Praise the Lord!
I got hooked up on my first load of Freon of the day, got offloading, then walked over to the maintenance shopl, and waiting to use the restroom. By the way till they finish mopping the restroom then she tell me to wait 5 minutes before going in. I wanted to tell her that if you knew how mop the floor it would be dry already but I didn't do that.
So I finished my business there was walking out in the cool morning air. When Mike rolls up on his bicycle and gives me a confused look. He asked me if I was hooked up and ready to go. I told him yeah Jeff hooked me up and I was offloading about 15 minutes.
He looked at me confused again and then mentioned that he was up late last night drinking cocktails. I thought to myself yeah you're still drunk and I can still smell the alcohol in your breath! I didn't tell him that but it was pretty obvious he was still drunk from last night.
Mike is a retired police officer and probably knows better. He told me how he made an entire skillet of hamburger helper and drank cocktails by himself last night. He said all his kids were back to college and he was just by himself. So I just assumed he was lonely and little drunk a little too much.
I smell alcohol and the breath of other people but this is the first time I smelted a Mike's breath. But hey you know life's rough and sometimes we need a little helping hand to get through things. I don't drink myself but I don't really blame others for drinking once in awhile.
Have you ever gone to work and smoke alcohol and somebody else's breath? If you have can you tell us about in the comment section? If you enjoyed this story you can click on the "follow" button to catch all future stories.
