Hello everyone. Praise the Lord!
Loaded at noon at BASF in Pasadena and taking it to Magnolia, AR. Loaded kinda fast and left right away, which was easy since the plant is next to the Beltway 8 bridge.
Nice ride to Shreveport Louisiana where I stopped for coffee and cake. Pumpkin spice coffee and blueberry cream cake. Hwy 59 is now nonstop till almost to Lufkin. Sweet! Drove into Arkansas to Magnolia and parked at the gate and walked in. Very calmly he told me that the load had been canceled earlier in the day! There's communication for you!
It was actually good for me since now I also get loaded miles going back to Houston. Made my check in call to Berry in central Dispatch and I headed back.
Made it as far as Shreveport Louisiana and stayed at the Days Inn. The Indian call center screwed up my reservations but they had plenty of rooms a available. That was a relief since I was tired. We need to use Americans for that kind of job! By that time it was Midnight.
