Hello everyone. Praise the Lord!
I just noticed that all my Freon trailers were of inspection about a couple weeks ago. The yearly inspection knows already over, how time flies.
I told VLS Recovery Services about the trailers needing to be inspected, but soon after I did that, they had a large fire that made the national news! And I wasn't too surprised that the trailer inspections would be lost in the chaos in mayhem of the fire.
Once that fire was over, and put out, and all the paperwork was done, and interviews completed. I gave them a gentle reminder of the trailers needed to be inspected.
It still took them a couple of weeks to finally get that done. So for about a month, the trailers were illegal to be on the road. But sometimes you got to do, what you got to do, to keep rolling! I mean we're not going to stop our Freon deliveries to the plant, just because trailers need to be inspected, and have a sticker put on the side.
It's not like the trailers were dangerous or anything. I do look them over very carefully every day. If there's a serious mechanical failure or something, that needs to be taken care of, I get it taken care of.
The trailer inspections are easy to miss being that the only need to be done yearly, and so you kind of forget about the dates on the stickers until about the season, you know when they need to be done.
Is there something at your workplace that requires a yearly inspection? Can you share it with us in the comment section? If you enjoyed this blog, and want to catch all the future posts, you can click on the "follow" button at the top of the page.
