Hello everyone. Praise the Lord!
I had a trainee for the day. I do training when Trimac Transportation has an overflow of trainees, and they need a little extra help. This young man is Hispanic-American from the "North Shore" area of East Houston. He is in his thirties and ready for a new carrier!

We spent a couple of days together, but today he told me several stories about Mexico. He was born here in the United States, but his parents were both Mexican. In fact his mother is here illegally.
We are talking about how Mexico has changed over the years, with the cartel violence, and all that ensues! He told me that back in the day, he and his friends could go to Mexico with three-hundred dollars in their pocket, and get prostitutes, and bar hop all weekend, and get drunk, and have a great time and still have money left over!

He said that he and his friends, if they had a little bit of money left over, they would get it to the common people just before the went back to the border. He didn't tell me why they did that, but maybe he was a bit of pittance, for their weekend of sin!
