Hello everyone. Praise the Lord!
I just pulled up to my make my first delivery here at Goodman Manufacturing in Waller Texas. One of the maintenance guys, named Jeff, came to hook me up, start the pump, and signed my paperwork.
Jeff is in his late forties, and very skinny and lean, and has a nice personality. He has a ponytail and bad teeth as well. He was a little depressed today, because in the Human Resources (HR) department, came and talked to his boss, to let them know that he was getting paid twenty percent more than what he should have been.
So they decided to cut his pay by that twenty percent! Jeff didn't think he was getting paid enough to begin, with now he's getting his pay cut by twenty percent! He was very, very depressed about that.
He was even talking about quitting, and maybe working somewhere else. But he lives very close to the factory. He has a convenient place to work. Still that kind of news is devastating!
So he decided to take his vacation time, and drive to Jefferson City, Missouri, where he has a vacation house, and do some work around there to clear his head. If the company makes that kind of a mistake they shouldn't leave it alone. That companies today just don't care for the morale of the workers at all.
