Town Cut Off

Hello everyone.  Praise the Lord!

I had two loads of Freon today, and I also had a student. His name was Richard Rios,  and he lives in the North shore area of Houston, Texas.

Richard is a average size Hispanic man, He was hired to be a driver for one of our owner operators. He will be driving for a Little Juan, He has about four or five trucks at least out to their company.

Richard is very talkative then he told me many stories throughout the day. He told me this story after we started talking about the cartel business in Northern Mexico. His mother is illegal  immigrant from Mexico.

He read about this story about the town of Mexico that was not cooperating with the cartel of the area. So the cartel turned off the water to the entire town, does it turn off all the electricity to the town. They let me down who was in charge of the area.

It says the cartels control the roads by force, The power was completely isolated. Northern Mexico the cartels are more powerful than Mexican army. We don't know exactly what the park tells one of the town. Well I'm sure whatever they wanted they got.

At another time and place the Mexican army captured one of the cartels sons. The cartel brought up armored vehicles and machine guns. The Mexican army was forced to give the son back to them. It was a really good example of who really controls Northern Mexico.
