Hello everyone. Praise the Lord!
Kenny is the new guy here at Goodman Manufacturing. He's in his late twenties, medium size, thin white man. His mother met an American in Paris years ago. They got married and had two boys. One is Kenny, he is working maintenance here. His brother is a truck driver.
Kenny is working for a temp agency which put him here at the plant. He's been here for a few months, but now he is having a problem with this pay. He gets paid from a time clock, And apparently it's not reading correctly.
He went to his boss, Muhammad, he is one of the junior engineers here. Muhammad didn't seem to care about it, and brushed it off. Kenny was indecisive about what to do about this problem.
I told him he needs to go to human resources, and tell him what the problem is. But he eventually came up with a better idea. He went to his staffing agency he works for to see if they can fix the problem.
About a week later we talked again about this, and the staffing agency was making some progress. They said they had fixed the problem, and he would soon have is money. But for a while Kenny was indecisive about what to do about it. It was good that we could both talk about it and come to the positive conclusion.
