Mrs. Diane Laid Off

 Hello everyone, Praise the Lord!

About three-months ago they laid-off  Ms. Diane, which is something I thought they would never do.  She was everybody's mother here at the yard and she did most of the paperwork. and organizing around here.

Everyday she was busy from eight in the morning till five in the evening. I have no idea who's doing her work for her, I suspect nobody is anymore! I think that, because a lot of administrative work is not being done, or being completed!

We have students coming in from San Antonio and Colorado, and they are not getting any information and they're rental cars or not being organized, the hotel rooms are not being organized, it's all kind of chaotic!

Looks to me like they're laying too many people off!  About six-months ago, they laid off Monica, are yard auditor, now they had the driver's scan in their own paperwork from the truck everyday. Monica did more than scanning paperwork in ,and I don't know who's doing all that work either.

They laid off Monica  about four-months ago, and now they laid off  Ms. Diane, who going to lay off next?  If you lay-off too many people, the work starts not getting done, and then what happens if someone quits!  It'll be a disaster and then nothing will get done!

And what does companies think that it does the morale of the rest of the workers! It shows them that no matter how loyal you are, or how hard working you are, if they want to lay you off ,then they get rid of you!  So what's the point of being a good employee!
