Hello everyone. Praise the Lord!
Yesterday I had my regular schedule load of Freon to Daiken in Waller TX. Lately I have had a problem with Marcilino not wanting to sign my paperwork and bending up my licence plate of my tractor!
When I hooked up to the lines at the tank farm, I didn't open my valves. Marcilino came and opened up his valves and turned on the pump. When he noticed that no product was flowing through the pipe, he seen that my valves were still closed!
He said that I needed to open the valves, but I told him to sign my paperwork. He jumped up on the container chassis and opened up the v as loves himself. I gave him my paperwork to sign and he rode off on his bike with my paperwork!
So, I walked up to the office and let Kyle Emmins know what was going on with his employee, Marcilino. Kyle was very understanding and said that he would take care of it!
When I started walking back to the truck, I seen Marcilino on his bike putting my paperwork on the chassis. He then rode off. I come soon after he left and checked, he did sign my paperwork.
I don't know what his problem is here lately but he has been harrasing me like this for a few weeks now. That's why I am now going to his boss to handle him now. We will see what happens next!
