Wild Turkeys

Hello everyone. Praise the Lord!

First time all week that I don't have a trainee!  There was a trainee in the driver's room this morning but he was going with Mike Adams.

He was hauling crude oil for our El Paso Branch, which just closed.  His family was tired of living in the oil camps and they decided to move here.

I had my regular schedule load of Freon to Daikin in Waller TX. I got my loaded trailer for Monday morning and headed back.

Along Hwy 99 I seen two wild turkeys on the service road!  They were small ones.  But a rare sight since turkeys like to stay hid.

I got back to the yard and while eating lunch Cole said that work was slow and that he didn't have anything.  Shane then came in and asked me to take KW's truck to LaPorte Tire for a front end alignment.

Then Diane ask me to do a Zero Defect Delivery training video. That only took thirty minutes in Ronnie Martin's office.  It was nice to see Ronnie!

Then, just as I was leaving, Cole said that he had a KMCO load to deliver in Crosby, TX.  I took it. That should round out a good work week!
