I got Tyrone to train today. Mike Adam's called me the day before to warn me that he was a "know it all!" He was a bit mouthy at first, so I had him drive all day.
He was not as bad as advertised. He did talk all day! He talked about everything but mostly about past employers. He just came from Altom. He said that they had a management change and they were not running him like he wanted. He said that he wanted to run all of his seventy hours a week, no excuses.
And he knew what he was doing, he did a great job in unloading my Freon container. I did't have to tell him much, he just went and did it.
He never did challenge my authority as a driver coach. So I was good with him. We actually had a good day together. So just because he was a know it all, doesn't mean he will be a bad trainee.
