Hello everyone. Praise the Lord!
I over slept this morning cause my stupid smart phone is acting up. Sometimes the alarm goes off but it does not make any sound. Sometimes I get a call but it don't ring! Anyway I hurried out the door in time to get to work. I still have Joe Mims with me today and we head out to Garland, TX. We have a load of Acrylic Acid for Valspar, a paint manufacturing plant. I made a coffee stop at the Loves in Fairfield, TX.
I get to the plant a bit frustrated with my non-shifting trainee. I'm working hard with him. We get to Valspar and they unload us. Julia called me on her lunch break and I talk to her the whole time they unload us. I took the liberty to make a pot of coffee in their kitchin.
Coming back about fifty miles south of Dallas we get passed by a fire rescue truck. A few miles down the road we find out why! An SUV was on the guardrail fence on its side facing the wrong direction! The rescue crew was all over the car trying to get out the passengers.
Except for a bit of traffic at the beltway our trip ended well.
