Hello everyone. Praise the Lord!
This morning while having breakfast with my beautiful wife, I had my phone out to check in at work, and request some vacation money.
So I remembered having it out in the kitchen at home. The reason I'm saying this is because as I was driving away from our truck yard, I reached into my top pocket, where my phone usually is, and to find out that it was not there!
I had remembered I had it out in the kitchen, and I thought I had left it at home. Well, hours later, while I was in Waller, Texas, I then realized I had made copies at work. In order to make those copies, I used my phone.
I looked up certain revivals in India over 100 years ago, then printed something. So I had my phone out to get the correct spelling. And apparently I left it there by the computer. The computer is in the driver's room, and it's open to anybody who walks in there.
There is a camera in the driver's room, so is somebody took the phone, and didn't report it, it would be caught on camera. But still I was worried that someone would take the phone being that it's a eight hundred dollar phone to replace!
I also found out that my work day is very boring without my phone around! I do some internet work on it, I also watch videos, and write my blog on it. Also I keep up with the news, and talk with my wife throughout the day.
So I found out that it was very boring that day. It's amazing how we have become so reliant on our phones today. And for other people it's far worse! Modern technology has really captured us in very diverse ways. I guess you can say that we are slaves to our phones today.
