Mudflap

Hello everyone.  Praise the Lord!

I had the same trainee for four days straight. He was an older black man that had worked for the same company for thirty-five years in Montana. Experience drivers are the worst ones to train!  I'm going to mention his name here for privacy reasons.

Drivers that had been driving for decades I think they know it all, and have no bad habits! He was a good driver for sure. But all of us pick up bad habits over time. That's just the human nature. I'm very certain that I have bad habits, In fact I'm aware of a few!

But on this fourth day I had trainee back up on the yard. He hit the power stop rather hard! When I did my walk around I noticed he ripped off a mud flap!  So I drove the truck around to have the mud flap replaced. 

When I saw him the next day I said, "hello mud flap." He said why are you calling me that? I totally pulled off a butt flap yesterday back it up. So that's going to be your new nickname!  He wasn't very happy about that idea.
