Hello everyone. Praise the Lord!
A few weeks ago I had a student named Vicente Duran, whose old job was to deliver food around town, for Ben E. Keith company. He delivered to all kinds of customers and dealt with all different types of people.
In the last few months, I trained a couple people that just happen to have worked for his old company. While we were talking that morning, One incident, that he shared with me, involved a shooting! Apparently from what he said, a woman security guard, had an ex-husband who also worked there. He was having a love affair with the manager of the food company! Even though they were divorced apparently the security guard lady became very jealous of the affair!
One early morning the woman brought a pistol to work, and starting shooting up the place, and shot several people! The police responded and surrounded the place, and eventually shot the woman, after a long standoff!
I do remember that incident being in the news. Strange how people can get upset and angry, and the only thing that they can think of, is to shoot others! You can quit the company, and go work somewhere else! You can get another boyfriend! There are other options, but apparently this woman had tunnel vision with her particular situation, and could not see the other options available to her.
