Are You Working Friday?

Hello everyone.  Praise the Lord!

Well, this morning I had no paperwork, which is a common occurrence these days! I had two loads today, a load and go, and the preload for tomorrow. If I couldn't get the paperwork, I at least needed the TMW number so that I can scan the bills in the computer to get paid!

So I called Jeana, who has been dispatched me here lately. She was having some phone issues but she did call me right back. She knew right away while I was calling her.

So she said let me make out your bills right now. She asked what I was doing, And I told her about my load and go and preload that I needed. She asked what I'm doing tomorrow, I told her another load and go, and preload for Monday.

Then Jeana said, "Wait, you are working Friday right?" I just kind of laughed, I said, "yeah I'm working Friday." She asked me that question because I've been taking a lot of Fridays off here lately. Gretchen and I were getting her house ready to rent out and we've been taking Friday's off to have a long weekend.

It's sounds like I have developed a little reputation in the dispatch office here lately! But it's not over. A couple of weeks from now I will be taking a week off to fly to Wisconsin. Then a week after that I need a Friday off to have a colonoscopy done! Then the following Friday after the colonoscopy, is my check up doctors appointment!

So it's not over Jeana, but yes, I am working this Friday!  Thanks for asking, you can now make out the paperwork!
