Thirty-Year Work Anniversary

Hello everyone.  Praise the Lord!

Above is the picture that I took of my thirty-year work Anniversary party at Trimac Transportation.  As you can see, the party is in full swing!  Last week, February 7, 2021 was the big day!

How can someone work for a company for thirty years and no one notices?  Nobody!  You would think that a company would appreciate an employee who has stuck around for almost a lifetime! 

 

I have always been a good employee. That's why they have kept me around all of this time.  If I was a bad employee maybe I could understand a little. But I have been a good one.

The trucking business is a very transient industry, you would think that they would try to build up morale. Instead, they are very active in destroying employee morale.

 

These managers and corporate bosses then have no idea why they have difficulty in hiring good, new drivers.  I am very sorry for myself. But I am even more sorry for the industry.
