BBQ

Hello everyone.  Praise the Lord!

My regular tractor was in the shop for a scheduled service.  So, I had another one, a brand new tractor.  It only had twenty-two hundred miles on it.  It still had that new truck smell in it!  I already had it hooked to the trailer and ready to go.

I was running a bit late, so I went up hwy 290, that always is fifteen minutes faster.  I unloaded fine. Went across the street and got my second load for today.  I didn't need any fuel, so I just ate my lunch, vegetable soup, at the Loves Truck Stop.

We were having BBQ at the yard today, but I start my day at three-in-the-morning, and lunch comes around nine-thirty this morning. There is plenty of time to work up an appetite for later.

While I was unloading I made two videos for my YouTube channel and I had a great talk with Jerry on his sweeper.  The morning was nice and cool because of the rain last night, but hot and steamy this afternoon!

I go back across the street and get my load for tomorrow and head for the yard.  I get to the yard and there is still some BBQ sausage and a few pieces of chicken, ranch potatoes, which were real good, beans and some desert.  See the picture above!
