I had only one Waller load today but I did have a trainee. His name was Ronald Johnson, and he came to us from Quality Carriers. He is a nice young black man.
Before he hired on with us he spent six weeks calling different trucking companies. He would point out different carriers and told me all of their pay scales and benefits. He still remembered them all by memory! I thought that was truly amazing!
He really did his homework. He mainly dd it because he was bored and it was a type of entertainment for him.
He was a very nice guy, a very big talker and he talked very loud. He kinda hurt my ears!
