On-Guard Off Guard

Hello everyone.  Praise the Lord!

I had Ronald Johnson as a trainee with me today.  We had one Freon load to Daikin in Waller, TX and one load of Glycol to KMCO in Crosby, TX to deliver.

The Freon load went well, the plant had a fire alarm go off and hundreds of workers poured out of the plant.  That was kinda strange to see.   That gave us a little drama as we relaxed in the truck while unloading.

We had to rush through lunch to get the Glycol load to Crosby, still about thirty minutes too late, but they don't mind.

On the way to Crosby, the On-Guard censer system in my truck triggered twice when no one was in front of me!  Not enough to stop the truck but enough to scare the daylights out of me!

For those of you who do not know what On-Guard is, it reads what is in front of you and if it sees a car or anything else coming closer and you are not on the brakes, it brakes for you!  When it goes off it very sudden and scares the daylights out of you!

So, I wrote up my truck so it can go to Frieghtliner for readjustment and they gave me a sleeper truck to use tomorrow.
