Hello everyone. Praise the Lord!
Started off the day hearing bad news. Another driver had a major accident. This job can be dangerous and life threatening. Sometimes it's in your control and sometimes it is not. Everyone loves to stand in line and blame the driver, but they don't see that we work 60+ hours a week. Sometimes working odd times of the night. Were all under payed so we have to work long hours. Management say smugly to "be careful." But dispatch wants more loads pulled!
I had one load of acid today. There "saving" my hours to work me this weekend, but I still will be out of hours tomorrow. The load was from Agrofos in Pasadena to Chevron in Baytown. Everything went perfect. I gave the Mormon father and son a ride to their hotel room.
